Tour Itinerary

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL

Meet & greet upon arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station & then transfer to hotel. If time permits a half day sightseeing of Bhubaneswar.

 Overnight at Bhubaneswar.

DAY 02 : BHUBANESWAR – PIPILI – PURI (70KMS / 1.5HR)

After breakfast drive to Puri visiting Dhauli (Shanti Stupa), Hirapur (64 Yogini temple), Pipili (Applique work village) & Raghurajpur (Painting village). On the way also enjoy the Chita-paintings on the walls of the houses. Overnight at Puri.

DAY 03 : PURI – KONARK – PURI (45KMS / 1HR)

Early Morning visit Lord Jagannath Temple from watch tower. Afternoon visit to Sun Temple of Konark (also called as Black Pagoda), Chandrabhaga Beach and fishing villages. Overnight at Puri.

DAY 04 : PURI – DHENKANAL (140KMS / 3.5HR)

After Breakfast, check-out from Hotel and Drive to Dhenkanal (Approx visiting enroute Nuapatna (IKAT Weaving village) and Sadeibarini (Dokra Casting Village). Overnight at the Royal Dhenkanal Palace.

DAY 05 : DHENKANAL – SAMBALPUR (220KMS / 5HR)

Drive to Sambalpur. If time permits visit of some local weaving villages & Maa Samleswari Temple in the afternoon. Overnight at Sambalpur.

DAY 06 : SAMBALPUR – BARAGARH – BARPALI – BOLANGIR. (160KMS / 4HR)

Proceed to Bolangir via Bargarh Weaving Villages and Barpali Silk Weaving Villages. Overnight at Bolangir. The villager of Barpali are the best craftsmen of Tasser Silk.

DAY 07 : BALANGIR – SONEPUR – BOLANGIR (50KMS / 1.5HR)

After breakfast drive to Sonepur Weaving Village. Overnight at Bolangir.

DAY 08 : BALANGIR – BHUBANESWAR (330KMS / 7HR)

After breakfast drive to Bhubaneswar. Check in to Hotel. Evening free at local market for shopping/leisure activity.

DAY 09 : BHUBANESWAR DEPARTURE

After breakfast check out from Hotel and Proceed to Airport. Drop at BBI Airport for return/onward journey.
