Mount Kailash is located in Ngari Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It lies in the Kailash Range (Gangdisê Mountains) of the Transhimalaya, in the western part of the Tibetan Plateau. The peak of Mount Kailash is situated at an elevation of 6,638 m (21,778 ft). The region is located north of the western trijunction of the border between China, India and Nepal. Mount Kailash is located close to Manasarovar and Rakshastal lakes. The sources of four rivers: Indus, Sutlej, Brahmaputra, and Karnali lie in the vicinity of the region. Mount Kailash is sacred in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Bon religion.

Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu &Transfer to Hotel – Dinner Only
Arrive Kathmandu, meet welcome and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Preparation & Pilgrimage Sightseeing– B/L/D
Breakfast leave for Pilgrimage sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa and Budhanilakanth temple. Return to hotel, lunch, briefing about the Yatra and necessary preparation. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Fly To Lhasa Free Day In Lhasa – B/L/D
Transfer to International airport for flight to Lhasa. Arrive Lhasa (3600 meter), meet, assist and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free to acclimatize with the environment. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Lhasa City Sightseeing – B /L/D
After breakfast leave for full day city sightseeing tour to Magnificent Potala Palace ( From Outside only) -the winter palace of the Dalai Lama; the place where the former great Dalai Lama’s stupas are being kept; once the seat of the Tibetan government. With a history of over 1,300 years, the Potala Palace is the treasure of Tibetan religion and culture, storing plenty of figures of the Buddha, murals, sutras etc. After visiting Potala Palace, you will visit one of the three largest monasteries of Gelugpa- the Sera Monastery, and the Dalai Lama’s summer palace of the treasure Park of Tibet, the Norbulingka. Return to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05: Fly To Ali & Overnight Stay At Ali – B/L/D
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Ali (4,274 meter). Arrive Ali airport after 2 hour flight and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel at Ali.
Day 06: Drive To Mansarovar& Drive Todarchen – B/L/D
Breakfast and drive to Mansarovar (4,590 meter, 209 Kms, 4 hours’ drive). Arrive Mansarovar and take ritual cleansing (by sprinkling holy water), puja, Hawan, DevTarpan etc. (Self) and drive to Darchen (4,664 M, 30 KM, 2 hrs). Overnight stay at guesthouse.
Day 07: Drive To Yamadwar & Holy Trek To Dirapuk – B/L/D
With packed lunch box, drive to Tarboch Flag Pole the first prostration point – a revered site and the sky burial ground. Visit Yamadwarand further drive to Sershong (8 kms, 15 mins drive), Meet your porters/ pony caretaker etc. and trek to Dirapuk (4,765 M, 10 km, 5/6 hours trek). Overnight stay at guesthouse
Day 08: Holy Trek To Zuthulpuk – B/L/D
Continue Parikrama over Droma La Pass (5,585 M) to Zuthulpuk (4,700 M, 22 KM, 7-8 hrs trek). Overnight stay at camp/ guesthouse.
Day 09: Holy Trek To Near Darchen &Drive To Ali - B/L/D
Last and final day of Mt. Kailash Parikrama ends near Darchen (4,664 M, 14 KM, 3-4 hrs trek) & drive to Ali (220KM, 41/2hrs drive). Arrive at Ali & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10: Fly To Lhasa & Transfer To Lhasa City – B/L/D
Fly to Lhasa (3,700 M) and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel at Lhasa.
Day 11: Transfer To Airport For Flight To Kathmandu – B /L /D
Breakfast and transfer to Lhasa airport for flight to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free for personal activities. Evening holy water offering and witness Arati Puja at Pashupatinath temple. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: Final Departure Transfer – Breakfast Only

60-31 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of total trip cost
30-0 days prior to the trip start date: 100% of total trip cost
Refund Procedure
All refunds approved by our authorized manager or staff shall be paid via cheque or bank transfer only (no cash) in Indian Rupees, within a time limit of 30 days after receiving the same from Nepal/China counterparts/service providers. All refunds will be made after deducting bank fee/charges, company service charges and other charges as may occur.
