Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges/ Refund Policy

• After booking confirmation: 5% of the total tour cost
• 45-30 Days before the tour: 15% of the total tour cost
• 29-14 Days before the tour: 30% of the total tour cost
• 13-09 Days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
• 08-04 Days before the tour: 80% of the total tour cost
• 03-00 Days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Child Policy

• Child Below 5 Years. Complimentary.
• Child 5 -12 Years. with and Without Extra Bed will be chargeable.
• Child 12-18 Years. Will Be Considered As An Adult With Extra Bed.​

Booking your tour is simple and can be done online or offline. Just follow these steps:

Fill the Inquiry Form: Submit your details through our "Enquiry Now" form, or connect via WhatsApp chat or Live Chat or Alternatively, you can email us your tour requirements.

Consult with Our Travel Expert: One of our travel experts will contact you, understand your requirements, and create the perfect package for you.

Confirm & Book: Once you are happy with the package, make an advance payment to confirm your booking.

Make the Payment: Complete the booking by making the payment through your preferred method.

Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more prior to the departure Rs.10000
• 45-30 days prior to the departure 35% of the tour cost
• 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
• Within 5 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

Air tickets/ Helicopter Services/ Cruise bookings are calculated on special fares, hence are non refundable
