Day 1: Delhi Arrival
On arrival in Delhi in the morning, meet our representative who will later transfer you to your pre booked hotel in Delhi. Rest of the day is free to relax or for leisure activities.
Day 2: Delhi City Tour
In the morning after breakfast, we will leave for the city tour of New Delhi. We will be exploring the impressive Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate and the Qutab Minar. Later, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Delhi – Rishikesh Via Haridwar
Today morning, we will board a train (Dehradun Shatabdi). On arrival in Haridwar, our representative will take to Rishikesh. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Rishikesh.
Day 4: Integrated Yoga
From today, we will take three days of integrated yoga practice based at the Sivananda Ashram. There will be opportunities to explore this riverside town of ‘Beatles’ fame and to watch the spiritual evening ‘Arti’.

Day 7: Haridwar Sightseeing. Overnight Train To Varanasi
After three days integrated yoga session, we will today drive to Haridwar. Here, we will visit the Ghats and Temples of this important pilgrim centre. In the evening, we will proceed for the departure to Varanasi by train. Enjoy an overnight train journey.
Day 8: Varanasi
On arrival in Varanasi in the afternoon, our representative will take to you hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. An overnight stay at the hotel in Varanasi.
Day 9: Individual Yoga Tuition.Ganges Boat Ride. Sarnath
Today in the morning, enjoy a dawn boat ride on the sacred River Ganges to share with the devotees the start of a new day praying to the God Surya in Varanasi. Also, enjoy a visit to nearby Sarnath with its Temples and Stupas dedicated to the Lord Buddha in the afternoon. Later return back to the hotel/guest house for an overnight stay.

In the morning, we will leave for a tour of Old Delhi including an exciting rickshaw ride through the bustling market of Chandi Chowk to the Jama Masjid and see the moving Raj Ghat – Mahatma Gandhi’s cremation site. The afternoon time is free for leisure. Later return back to the hotel for a night stay.

Today, early in the morning, we will transfer you to the airport to catch the flight for international departure.
